The next movie for our Mosaic Connect Group is Sophie Scholl. Nominated for the 2006 Oscar for best foreign film, it lost out to Tsotsi. However, it won 15 awards in other film festivals, including best picture and best actress for Julia Jentsch.Although this is a German film with English subtitles, it is easy to follow. Our then 8-year old, Hannah, watched it with us and easily followed along.
